David Klimas | Vice President
David was Kurt’s soulmate for close to 23 years. They met at the gym, fell in love over dinner, and the rest, as they say, is history. They each began their career with McWilliams|Ballard in 2001. Over the span of two decades, their lives were enriched both professionally, socially, and as a duo. This included working the same real estate transactions, selling the same buildings, and ultimately becoming one of the top teams at the firm. David’s interests, besides his real estate career, including traveling around the world, learning French, practicing yoga, being with friends and family, and now spreading the word about sudden cardiac arrest and its perils and warning signs and the need for AEDs everywhere. A native of Massachusetts, David graduated from Boston College, spent a year of study in Madrid, Spain, and he has now resided in Washington, DC for the past 25 years, which he definitely calls “home”, still in the same place he and Kurt shared for 18 years together.
